Mix some Chilli Lime Mayonnaise with cooked prawns and chopped avocado and serve in lightly steamed brussel sprout caps. Top with Australian native finger lime pearls or chopped chives.

Try mixing a good couple of dollops of Aioli with grated Celeriac (one whole bulb), a tablespoon of chopped parsley, and a tablespoon of small capers for a delicious accompaniment to roast or barbequed meats or serve this celeriac remoulade as a snack with toasted sourdough and cornichons. |
