Named after a small town in Thailand Sri Racha, the origin of Sriracha sauce is debated. It is the perfect combination of red chilli peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt.

It is highly addictive and when mixed into mayonnaise, is a perfect balance of heat and creamy emulsion. It is delicious with cooked prawns, hot chips and great on chicken sandwiches.​​​
