The balsamic dressing is made with quality extra virgin olive oil, ​​​canola oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, fresh garlic and Dijon mustard.

This dressing is rich in texture and flavour and is lovely with a mixed green salad or drizzled over the classic tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.

Sprout and Cauliflower Salad

Mix halved sprouts, cauliflower florets and asparagus in a bowl with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt and pepper and bake in a 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes until the cauliflower, sprouts and asparagus are slightly brown.

​Place on a serving dish and dress with Doodles Creek Balsamic Dressing.
